Job Description

As a Business Analyst you will be reporting directly to the Implementation Team Manager. In this role, you will work with project managers and customers to gather and document project requirements for project execution. A Business Analyst also responds to ad hoc customer requests, working directly with the customer to provide subject matter expertise and guidance on the project implementation. Business Analysts must manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, and document troubleshooting steps and problem resolution in a clear and concise manner. Daily activities will include analyzing, designing, and delivering solutions specific to customers’ products, services, pricing, business rules, and selling process objectives.

What you will do:

  • Contribute to the Professional Services team by providing excellent customer service and support
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives
  • Analyze customer data, interpreting results, and documenting summaries of results and design
  • Participates in ongoing implementation team decisions and internal projects
  • Writes detailed description of the customer’s business needs and steps required to develop or modify applications
  • Lead implementation specific activities and conduct meetings with new and existing customers
  • Input issues and case data into customer facing and internal issue tracking applications
  • Work with other Professional Services team members to support customer needs
  • Communicate with internal Product Development team members for technical support needs


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Fluency in German
  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Word – particularly styles and formatting
  • Experience with writing Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Experience in an agile software development environment using JIRA and documenting user stories
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and technical background
  • Must be highly organized and work well under pressure
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as under supervision
  • Must be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness
  • Must value working in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, research and analysis, technical, and leadership skills

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Visual Studio
  • SQL knowledge recommended
  • SQL Server Management Studio a plus
  • C#, XML, and JSON knowledge a plus
  • Tortoise or other GitHub-related tool knowledge is beneficial
  • API-related knowledge, including knowledge of Postman or other such tools
