Job Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support our Account Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing account-related data, developing insights, and providing recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and optimize account performance and driving utilization. The Business Analyst will work closely with account managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client accounts, including performance metrics, enrollment and utilization trends, benchmark data, and customer feedback.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Identify and analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Account Management Support:
    • Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve account strategies and client satisfaction.
    • Assist in the development of account plans and performance reviews.
    • Support account managers in client meetings and presentations by providing relevant data and insights.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Evaluate existing processes and systems related to account management and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Lead or support projects related to account management, including system implementations, process changes, and strategic initiatives.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience Business Analyst supporting Account Management or Sales  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) 
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices in account management.

Salary Range:  $100,000 to $110,000

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
