We are seeking a full-time Business Analyst to be part of our Implementation team. As the Business Analyst, you will help our enterprise customers implement OneVest products and services. Reporting to an Implementation Manager, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer’s business objectives, gather requirements, conduct analysis, and define, develop, and deliver optimum solutions. What you’ll be doing:

Implementation Requirements & Configuration (50%)

  • Participate in Customer meetings led by the Implementation Manager to capture and document requirements pertaining to  configurations for workflows, user views, role permissions, administration settings, data ingestion and integration requirements  
  • Collaborate with Implementation Manager, Solution Engineers, and Product Managers to analyze requirements captured and develop solutions to implement them
  • Analyze customer data to identify existing data elements in the OneVest data dictionary and add in collaboration with Solution Engineers and Product Managers add new entries as appropriate
  • Perform data mapping by manipulating CSV, JSON, and/or spreadsheets to support data ingestion
  • Configure and implement the solutions developed
  • Drive Quality Control through unit testing and validation of configurations

Project Coordination (30%)

  • Support the Implementation Manager in delivering multiple simultaneous customer projects
  • Provide timely updates on assigned tasks to Implementation Manager and project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Implementation Manager to identify and report project risks and escalate issues according to project work plan
  • Provide subject matter expertise to customers to assist in navigating their implementation from project kick-off through to launch
  • Drive quality of configurations through unit testing and validation
  • Provide customer demos of configurations and deliverables pre hand-off for User Acceptance Testing

Improve Documentation & Processes (10%)

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product & Technology, Implementation, Revenue) to improve the seamless transition of the customer from implementation to business as usual
  • In collaboration with internal teams (Product and Implementation), contribute to development of customer-facing content; training documentation, knowledge base, and FAQs
  • Continuously contribute to improving internal processes, procedures, and templates to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Review and provide feedback on work progress to ensure it meets project objectives
  • Ability to manage & prioritize multiple fast-paced projects at any given time 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • 2-4 years experience as a Business Analyst in Fintech and consulting
  • Wealth management experience preferred
  • Experience in technical scope documentation and solution configuration for B2B customers with track record of scope and change control
  • Proficiency in metadata and data dictionary management with CSV, JSON and spreadsheets using Excel/Google Sheets and/or similar data treatment tools
  • Ability to manage large datasets, spreadsheets and understand querying this data
  • Experience in client-facing roles, ideally as part of customer success or project management role
  • Understanding of Project Management
and SaaS delivery

Compensation:

  • The salary band for this role is $60,000 to $80,000. Most candidates should expect compensation toward the mid-point of this band to start.
