Tecovas is looking for a Broad Reach Media Specialist to oversee and manage Tecovas’ paid media campaigns across all key mass media channels. These channels include, but are not limited to, TV/CTV, YouTube, podcasts, radio, out-of-home (OOH), print, direct mail, and top-of-funnel digital media campaigns. As the Broad Reach Media Specialist, you will possess a deep understanding of the media landscape, audience targeting, and both brand and performance analytics to drive impactful campaigns. You will be instrumental in driving full-funnel growth for Tecovas, focused on brand awareness, traffic, and new customer acquisition. Reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will leverage your expertise in media to develop and execute effective campaigns to drive omnichannel growth for Tecovas.

This role is required to be based in Austin, TX. Candidates must either be currently located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

What you’ll do:

  • Broad Reach Media Strategy: Plan and execute broad reach paid media campaigns across traditional and digital platforms that drive both short term performance KPIs and long term brand awareness growth
  • Media Negotiations and Budget Management: Negotiate media buys, placements, and partnerships to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of channel campaigns, as well as own budget management for broad reach media campaigns on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Campaign Management: Ownership of end-to-end campaign management from set-up, asset development with creative team, launch, reporting, and optimizations
  • Performance Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance across broad reach channels, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Partner with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to align media strategies with larger brand goals and marketing objectives
  • Media Landscape + Trends: Stay updated on emerging media trends, competitive landscape, technologies, and industry best practices to guide new test recommendations and channel optimizations
  • Omnichannel Campaigns: Develop and implement broad reach media strategies on a local level to increase Tecovas’ presence in key markets and drive growth across channels

Experience we’re looking for:

  • 2-5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or strategy within an agency or brand-side environment, preferably for a Western, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brand.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media landscapes, including TV, digital video, audio, OOH, print, and direct mail.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute media strategies and campaigns that deliver against performance and/or brand KPIs
  • Experience using media analytics and measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap, comscore, Kantar, Google Ads, and other partner attribution platforms/dashboards) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience leveraging consumer insights and audience segmentation and targeting tools
  • Experience implementing local media and marketing campaigns is a plus

What you bring to the table:

  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • You have excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, data analytics, and external teams.
  • You have a strong understanding of media negotiations and budget management.

Full Time Benefits & Perks:

  • 401(k) match
  • Paid Parental Leave

  • Competitive salary
