As a Brand Media Senior Associate, you will help in architecting and implementing sophisticated display advertising campaigns, ensuring they're underpinned by precise targeting, and astute budget management. Liaise seamlessly with both internal departments and external vendors, while delivering insightful proposals and post-campaign analysis. In collaboration with our esteemed third-party display partners, your expertise will drive optimization and innovation tailored to our clients' specific customer bases. Uphold the integrity of our campaigns by harnessing data, translating metrics into actionable strategies, and championing efficient resource allocation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner of digital program initiatives (inclusive of video, display, and digital OOH), direct publisher partnerships, and programmatic activation
  • Accountable for campaign trafficking requests and collection of all campaign needs prior to launch (asset spec hand-off, audience requests, etc)
  • Contribute to the media planning and strategy process, acting as the primary owner of the RFP deliverables and vendor communication (inclusive of negotiation and plan revisions)
  • Own budgeting needs related to day-to-day account management, such as monthly forecasting of goals, ad-serving forecasts, Reporting and QA
  • Coordinate with media operations, account services teams, analytics, and creative/product development for holistic planning and communication
  • Organizing display advertising campaigns, including creative, targeting, and budget management
  • Present proposals, noting cost, delivering schedules, recommendations & reporting throughout and after the campaign’s flight
  • Supporting day-to-day communication with team, vendors, and clients
  • Ability to manage awareness/branding media programs
  • Support and grow vendor communication and working with leads to define and document the overall scope of client projects.
  • Helping concept new and creative digital media experiences for our client's customers
  • Monitoring display campaign performance via different reporting suites
  • Facilitate the production of custom programs with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables across clients and external partners.
  • Oversees and contributes to the development of detailed and summarized reports internally and for clients that clearly explain “the why”

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience working with brands and ad budgets to secure and execute innovative, high-visibility media executions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of the digital and programmatic landscape with hands-on experience executing Digital programs and Adservers (e.g. Doubleclick)
  • Effectively present and communicate campaign performance recaps to key stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to transform complex data into engaging, story-driven narratives that highlight strategic insights and outcomes.
