Stability AI is seeking 2 Product Marketing Managers (PMMs):

  1. B2C focused on developing go-to-market strategies and shaping the narrative around our products, ensuring adoption and engagement with professional creators. 
  2. B2B focused on developing and executing go-to-market strategies, ensuring enterprise adoption of our products.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications, these PMMs will develop and execute our positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and demand gen initiatives that drive adoption of our generative AI models, workflows, and applications. 

They will operate in a highly cross functional manner whether that’s working with research, product, sales, or any other operational teams to accelerate pipeline growth and increase customer engagement.

Both positions require an understanding of the generative AI ecosystem and the visual media production pipeline. 

They are exciting opportunities to build something from the ground up in generative AI, and play a key role in transforming professional visual media creation.

These are fully remote roles based in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the benefits and differentiators of Stability AI’s creative applications for professional users.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy, ensuring the successful launch, adoption, and ongoing promotion of new features and products.
  • Track and analyze product adoption and user feedback, using insights to refine messaging, content, and future go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop product education materials to support adoption and retention.
  • Create compelling sales enablement materials to equip sales teams with the tools needed to drive engagement and conversion.
  • B2B specific: 
    • Work closely with strategic partners (e.g. AWS and Microsoft) to support co-marketing initiatives.
    • Lead demand gen efforts by collaborating with the creative and growth teams to execute ABM campaigns, multi-channel marketing programs, and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
    • Define and track KPIs, including pipeline contribution, win rates, and marketing-influenced revenue, continuously optimizing for impact.
  • B2C specific: 
    • Lead pricing strategy and competitive analysis, ensuring Stability AI’s offerings remain industry-leading and aligned with user needs.Partner closely with the growth team to align on acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts, ensuring messaging and content support the full customer journey.
    • Collaborate with creative, community, and social teams to develop engaging marketing assets that drive awareness and adoption across multiple channels.

Qualifications for both positions:

  • Proven expertise in go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging, with experience translating technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Highly skilled at crafting impactful marketing content, including tutorials, landing pages, and case studies.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality outputs amidst fast turnaround times and navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Understanding of the visual media generative AI ecosystem and active experimentation with generative AI tools.

Additional Qualifications for B2B

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in AI, cloud, or enterprise software.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales motions, ABM strategies, and buyer personas in technical B2B markets.
  • Experience in working with companies like AWS, Microsoft, or enterprise cloud providers preferred. 

Additional Qualifications for B2C

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C product marketing, ideally in professional creative tools. 
  • Experience leading pricing strategy and competitive analysis in a fast-moving market.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally with growth, creative, and product teams.

Compensation

The salary range for both roles is between $130,000 and $150,000 USD. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
