Keller Postman represents a broad array of clients in class and mass actions, individual arbitrations, and multidistrict litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. Purpose: Keller Postman seeks a hard-working, team-oriented, non-partner track Attorney with significant litigation experience to support its practice. The Attorney will be responsible for performing a variety of complex tasks in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Tasks and projects must be executed with a high level of attention to detail.
This position is fully remote; candidates must reside in the Central or East Coast time zone. The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, plus bonus.
Essential Functions:
- Work closely with partners and associates on specific tasks related to assigned cases.
- Prepare initial drafts of complex pleadings, written discovery, motions, and briefs for associates and partners on assigned cases.
- Correspond with individual clients, and draft communications to be used by our client services team.
- Handle client-facing litigation tasks such as fact gathering, case workups, document collection, and more.
- Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw and other sources for associate and partner use.
- Communicate with courts, outside counsel, clients, experts, and vendors when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to maintain a thorough understanding of rules and procedures for various federal and state jurisdictions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team.
- Skilled in managing complex litigation in multiple jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Education/Experience:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Three to five years of general litigation experience is preferred.
Certificates/Licenses Required:
- Must be an active member of a US State Bar and in good standing.
