What You'll Do

  • Competitive intelligence: Be the go-to person for all things competitive intelligence on the product marketing team. Manage Crayon (our competitive intelligence tool), research new competitors and capabilities, and maintain all battle cards. 
  • Win/loss & churn analysis: Manage our win/loss and churn analysis programs, including working with client-facing teams to determine who to target. 
  • Case studies: Work with client-facing teams to identify good candidates for case studies that showcase DISCO’s ability to handle large, complex matters and create written first drafts of those stories.
  • Data analysis: Serve as the go-to data person on product marketing regarding customers, revenue, and product usage.
  • Internal enablement: Drive awareness and adoption of competitive intelligence resources and case studies

Who You Are

  • 2+ years at a SaaS technology company, or experience with product marketing, or in the legal field (e.g., as a paralegal)
  • Strong proficiency using Excel for data analysis projects, and collaboration and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent task and project management skills to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent people-management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, colleagues, and executives.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral. 
  • Eagerness to take ownership over ambiguous or ad-hoc projects that solve key business and product marketing challenges.
