The Associate IT Business Analyst is responsible for providing business and systems analysis relating to the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions and services. Serves as a liaison between technical resources and business end-users. This is an entry level position with individually tailored training.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with end-users of all IT solutions and services to identify technical, functional, and process-based system improvements and optimization.
  • Work closely with IT Management on the delivery of system projects, including but not limited to new business implementation and major system upgrades.
  • Work closely with the team to build up knowledge of the business and system with peer reviews and peer mentoring.
  • Document system and end-user requirements and deliver to the software application development team, acting as the bridge between the business and IT throughout the process to ensure software application development solutions meet business needs.
  • Conduct system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) of developed functionality and ensure defined business requirements are satisfied.
  • Create and/or update functional systems documentation for existing systems; define and document business rules and use cases.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business analysis, project management, operations or a related field; 1+ years of experience in a business or analysis; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface with both technical and business team members throughout the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities using critical thinking that applies logic
  • Detail-orientated with the capability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to learn, retain and be able to communicate technical and functionality concepts quickly.

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and 10 days of paid time off and 11 paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected annual pay range for this position is $51,800 to $55,000 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
