Summary

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our customer’s implementation experience.  The Associate Implementation Specialist is a client facing role that is responsible for facilitating the delivery and execution of technology-based training to customers’ users virtually.  These associates will meet with assigned dealership personnel across the U.S, Canada, and the Caribbean to provide end-user consulting for our Accounting, Parts, Service, and Sales Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • An Associate Implementation Consultant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, can spend long periods of time on the phone and have a passion for training virtually, problem solving and a keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.

  • Successfully consults customers on CDK Global solutions. Have a complete understanding of the products installed as assigned workstream (i.e. Parts, Service, Accounting and Sales)

  • Consults customer to determine what functionality and configuration will satisfy the customer’s business needs, and make appropriate recommendations.

  • Consultants resolve issues and/or escalate; accordingly, employing CDK Global implementation processes and procedures.

  • Is proficient at verifying and validating predetermined setup configurations and conversion data to ensure accuracy.

  • Conducts status meetings with key customer personnel to review and discuss any open issues such as software incompatibilities related to their internal workflows, functionality gaps, and recap any process changes implemented at the dealership level.

  • Responsible for creating action plan to address open issues should be discussed and finalized with the client during this meeting. 

  • Ensure client go-live readiness. . 

  • Takes initiative to keep up to date and proficient on products, processes and industry utilizing available learning resources. 

  • Responds to participant questions and elaborates on training content using knowledge of products, business processes, and roles and responsibilities.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Must work well independently and need minimal supervision.

  • Available for occasional work during the weekends

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer facing roles

  • Ability to train

  • Ability to Problem solve

  • Ability to resolve conflict

  • Ability to escalate timely

  • Ability to gather detailed requirements 

  • Ability to successfully use internal tools (i.e., SalesForce, Glitch, PPM, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to display empathy

  • Ability to perform basic math functions

  • Ability to manage time

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Dealership and/or Automotive/Truck industry

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience 

  • Prior project management experience preferred

Salary Range: $64,800 to $72,000

Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.  The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
