As an Artist Relations at GigFinesse, you'll connect talented artists with performance opportunities, streamlining the booking process for both artists and venues. Joining our Operations team in Austin, you'll be responsible for discovering and onboarding new talent, managing bookings, and supporting artists through our platform. This role requires a solid understanding of various music genres, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. You'll attend local shows, provide on-site support, and gather feedback to improve our services. We're looking for someone who's passionate about music, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, and ready to contribute to the growth of our artist-venue ecosystem.

  • Conduct A&R research in various markets across the country.
  • Onboard artists to the GigFinesse platform, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
  • Book artists at our various venue partners, often working with tight deadlines and short turnaround times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists.
  • Gather feedback from artists and venues to continually improve services and relationships.
  • Attend GigFinesse shows in Austin, assisting with event setup.

  • Must be available for in-person work in Austin, TX.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm for the live music industry and a broad knowledge of various music genres.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to attend shows and events during evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with both artists and venue staff.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with artists.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other department.

  • Salary range: $40,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Full-time, in-person position in Austin, TX.
