Ready to be a Titan?

The Analyst, Revenue Insights is a critical member of the GTM Strategy and Ops team and an important voice in the broader revenue operations ecosystem. This role will be a critical member in the success of both ServiceTitan’s Fintech & Business Development teams. S/he will focus on ensuring that payments in both groups are being made on time and for the correct amount. S/he will drive visibility into the payment processes and own weekly and monthly reporting to broader senior leadership. 

This role will work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders across the company including Fintech Sales, Business Development, External Partners, Data Science, Biz Tech, Product, and Finance. The individual should have experience with quantitative analysis using tools such as SQL/Data querying and Tableau/other data visualization products. S/he should have a positive “can-do” attitude and is ready to tackle whatever challenge they may face. S/he will be able to quickly jump in, learn the payments process and have a desire to identify strategic opportunities to improve their day to day efficiency.

As a Business Operations and Strategy Analyst across the Fintech & Business Development teams, you will: 

  • Own your day-to-day operational functions across Fintech & Business Development, in partnership with your manager

  • Drive Data Aggregation across numerous partners to ensure payments are being made on time and for the correct amount 

  • Track Success Measurements for Fintech and Business Development performance and own Weekly and Monthly Reporting to give visibility to relevant senior stakeholders at ServiceTitan

  • Proactively develop process redesign to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the data aggregation across partners and reporting funnel

  • Partner cross functionally with Fintech Sales, Business Development, External Partners, Data Science, Biz Tech, Product, and Finance 

  • Forecast sales projection & partner performance on a weekly and monthly basis 

  • Serve as the Point of Contact for all data questions around Fintech and BizDev 

  • Conduct Partner Research to advise on  high potential partnership opportunities

  • Discover the “so what” in performance data, distilling down to actionable insights that drive improved decision making and business pivots

  • Present insights in Weekly/Bi-weekly report outs on Fintech and BizDev performance and roadmap focus areas

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 1-3 years of experience in Analytics/Operations and/or management consulting

  • A self starter with experience owning your own work and identifying what needs to be done - and then tackling

  • Positive & solution-oriented attitude that will drive persistence through challenges that arise

  • Comfort working with large datasets and knows how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast and balancing multiple projects

  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels

  • Functional experience in operations/business operations, strategy and/or growth, within the SaaS space is preferred

  • Proficiency in advanced excel/Google sheets

  • Experience using SQL/Data querying and Tableau or other data visualization tools to analyze data and communicate findings

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $77,600 USD - $103,800 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
