Overview: 
The Technical Enablement Lead - ALM is responsible for managing the requirements and curriculum strategy for all technical enablement related to their assigned segment.  This person will run governance with the Product Management and Hub teams to identify business needs, build an enablement strategy and objectives, and define enablement programs.  They will work with the content development teams to build roadmaps and ensure the right content is being created to reach the right audiences at the right time. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Translate business needs into documented requirements, covering enablement and performance support, and associated delivery systems.  
  • Define the optimal enablement program strategy for each business area 
  • Attend and manage enablement for NPI process for assigned segment 
  • Engage stakeholders to align on goals, strategies, initiatives, and measures. 
  • Quarterly program management, including reporting and analysis, focused on value delivery. 
  • Manage all phases of the program, ensuring stakeholder sponsorship throughout. 
  • Communicate value through consistent metrics aligned to business goals. 
  • Support instructional designers in developing product and implementation enablement 
  • Support organizational skills tracking and knowledge management efforts 
  • Follow and contribute to the field technical enablement methodology 
  • Align with stakeholders across the company to ensure content is relevant and accurate 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of enablement planning and program management experience in a technical enablement team 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 

  • Expert and advisor of PTC enablement solutions 

  • Deep understanding of PTC’s ALM product or similar ALM tool and implementation services. 

  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal teams. 

  • Understanding of how technical resources learn 

  • Ability to proactively identify problems and propose solutions 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. 

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate’s background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $100,000 - $150,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus. Additionally, every PTC employee has the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program which allows employees to purchase discounted PTC stock and, for eligible roles, an equity grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of PTC’s benefits programs, employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave policies, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and a generous commuter subsidy.
