Join Our Team as an ALM Sales Specialist!

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the SMB market? As an ALM Sales Specialist at PTC, you'll be a vital part of our dynamic sales team, working closely with our partner channel team and sales reps to uncover cross-sell opportunities and drive new business. This role is perfect for someone passionate about educating and empowering channel sales reps on ALM best practices, including model-based systems engineering, variant management, and requirements, risk, and test management. Plus, it's a quota-carrying position with exciting weekly forecasting and monthly deal closures!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Manage Relationships: Cultivate and expand relationships within the PTC channel and partner sales communities, focusing on key stakeholders in top accounts.
  • Drive Sales Strategy: Identify key ALM targets, lead the sales cycle, ensure accurate forecasts, and keep Salesforce notes updated.
  • Market Expertise: Understand the competitive landscape, be familiar with other ALM tools, and deliver compelling PTC ALM presentations to new and existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or similar enterprise-level applications.
  • Strong understanding of the PTC Channel business and partner network.
  • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
