Description

We are looking for an innovative and skilled AI Video Designer to join our growing AI-focused team. This team is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions across the organization. In this role, you’ll leverage state-of-the-art generative AI tools to create high-quality, impactful video content tailored to various needs, including training, marketing, and other content-driven initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of prompt engineering techniques to accurately communicate styles, themes, and visual elements to large language models (LLMs) for video generation. Additionally, you’ll fine-tune and edit videos using industry-standard software to achieve a professional finish and ensure visual excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce AI-generated video content for multiple business purposes.
  • Utilize prompt engineering to guide LLMs in delivering targeted video content.
  • Fine-tune and edit generated videos with industry-standard editing tools.
  • Responsibilities:
    1. Generative AI Video Creation: Lead the ideation, design, and execution of videos using generative AI technologies.
    2. Prompt Engineering: Develop detailed prompts and guidelines to accurately communicate desired video aesthetics, styles, and content components to AI models.
    3. Content Development: Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and create tailored video solutions.
    4. Standard Video Editing: Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to refine and enhance AI-generated videos.
    5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, training, and content teams to align video outputs with strategic objectives.
    6. AI Tool Expertise: Stay updated with advancements in generative AI tools and integrate them effectively into the content creation process.
    7. Quality Assurance: Review generated videos for accuracy, aesthetics, and coherence to ensure alignment with project goals.
    8. Creative Direction: Bring a fresh perspective to video production, leveraging generative AI capabilities to produce innovative and impactful visual content.
    9. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of video content and iterate to improve based on feedback and engagement metrics.
    10. Training and Mentorship: Mentor team members and stakeholders on best practices in using generative AI tools for video creation.
Requirements
  1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Digital Media, or Communications, ideally with a specialization in technology. Relevant experience may be substituted.
  2. Experience with Generative AI: 2+ years of experience using generative AI tools for video creation, with demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering.
  3. Advanced Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Advanced professional-grade skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  4. Creative Problem Solving: Ability to find innovative solutions using generative AI technologies to achieve visual storytelling goals.
  5. Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail in video design, color grading, sound editing, and transitions.
  6. Technical Aptitude: Understanding of AI-based tools, LLM capabilities, and an eagerness to stay current with evolving AI technologies.
  7. Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple stakeholders’ needs.
  8. Portfolio Requirement: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing professional video projects, including examples of AI-generated content.
  9. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new software, tools, and workflows to stay at the forefront of digital video production.
  10. Strong Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to articulate creative concepts and technical details.
