The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Generalist to join our team and contribute to building AI-driven solutions that enhance business performance and user experience. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and design teams to develop, implement, and optimize AI models and systems that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy AI solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on the latest AI trends, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of AI projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For

Comprehensive AI Expertise

  • Deep understanding of core AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
  • Experience with existing and cutting edge AI frameworks and libraries
  • Proficiency in data collection, preprocessing, analysis, and visualization.
  • Understanding of the generative AI landscape and experience implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) search techniques.

Software Development Proficiency

  • Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in AI development (Python, TypeScript)
  • Frontend development experience with frameworks like Next.js and ShadCn.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts (Agile, Gitflow, CI/CD).
  • Proven ability to deliver production-ready code.

Adaptability and Continuous Learning

  • Commitment to staying updated with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Effective utilization of code assistants (e.g., Cursor) to enhance productivity without over-reliance.
  • Broad knowledge of AI tools and technologies, enabling the selection of appropriate solutions for specific challenges.

Strategic and Innovative Thinking

  • Ability to make informed decisions on building custom solutions versus adopting existing ones, balancing innovation with practicality.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
