The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI-Enabled Product Designer to create best-in-class digital products for B2B companies by leveraging AI to increase the quality and speed of delivery. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design user-centric interfaces that integrate AI in meaningful and valuable ways. You will be responsible for defining the product design strategy, ensuring that AI enhances both the user experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, high-performance digital products for B2B companies, with a focus on AI-enhanced user experiences.

• Leverage AI tools and frameworks to improve the efficiency and quality of the design process.

• Develop design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Stay at the forefront of AI-driven product design trends and best practices.

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly designs.

• Conduct user research and testing to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.

• Design for responsiveness and accessibility across different devices and platforms.

• Incorporate AI-driven personalization, automation, and predictive features into product interfaces.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a focus on B2B products.

• Proven experience designing AI-enabled interfaces or products.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and design systems.

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Figma plugins, generative design tools) to improve design quality and speed.

• Deep understanding of how AI is changing user behavior and interface expectations.

• Experience working in professional services or consultancy environments.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI personalization, automation, and predictive interfaces.

• Familiarity with designing for complex business processes and workflows.

• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven design solutions.

Understanding of coding principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus to collaborate more effectively with engineers.

• Knowledge of API-driven and data-rich environments.
