Our mission is to build the paper of record for the tech industry, the trusted source that people in tech rely on to stay ahead of the curve.

About the Role

  2. Create visuals that combat ad blindness and capture attention with fresh, innovative approaches.

  3. Use insights from competitor research and even e-commerce trends to optimize ads for conversions and revenue growth.

About You

  • You understand conversion-focused design principles and know how to break through ad fatigue.

  • You’re comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve creativity.

  • You’re detail-oriented, iterative, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. (We use Slack, Google workspace and Notion.)

Why You’ll Love It

  • Work with a dynamic and fast-moving team at TLDR.

  • Flexibility to work remotely as a contractor for 10-15 hours a week. We pride ourselves in being a contractor-friendly company where everyone contributes.

  • Opportunity to shape the creative process for ads reaching a massive audience.

  • A chance to work with a top newsletter in the space and drive measurable impact.

📥 If this sounds like you, I’d love to see your portfolio and chat about how we can collab.
