We are looking for a talented and solution-based Account Executive to generate revenue and new business growth. We are the largest online community of professional Drivers and provide recruitment advertising solutions and tools to trucking companies who are looking to hire experienced Drivers. Our company has seen tremendous growth over the past several years and looking to expand our current sales team. This role is 100% virtual, work-from-home with an entirely remote workforce.

 

As an Account Executive, you will play a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth and new customer acquisition goals. You must have previous recruitment advertising experience with a larger job board or niche advertising resource, and setting appointments via phone and email to provide value using a solution based mindset to close new business.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and grow relationships with current clients and find additional growth potential
  • Primary focus presenting value proposition to identified targeted markets/segments
  • Set, achieve and support sales revenue quota targets through prospecting and developing new customer relationships and growing accounts in designated assigned book of business
  • Identifying customer needs, positioning appropriate solution(s) and acquiring new customer relationships
  • Selling capabilities using a consultative sales approach.
  • Responsible for cultivating and generating New business revenue opportunities within former clients and prospecting within a given territory to meet and exceed revenue goal
  • Uncover target opportunities within current accounts assigned, or new business and work closely with Agency sales team to pass off existing agency opportunities
  • Work effectively with the Director and management team to ensure consistent execution of strategy and drive to support a teamwork mentality at all times.
  • Attend industry conferences and some travel for in-person meetings

 

Required Experience:

 

  • 1+ years experience selling in recruitment marketing, advertising or job board advertising sales preferred
  • Ability to act as a true hunter to generate leads and provide full lifecycle consultative sales.
  • Proven ability to present and close new business as well as grow existing accounts.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Previous experience using Outreach

 

Compensation:

  • Base salary + Commission on deals booked paid Monthly
  • Expected OTE $100,000 with uncapped bonus potential
  • Employee reimbursed for Medical, Dental & Vision plans
  • All Company business-related expenses reimbursed
