We need an English-fluent ServiceNow Specialist (FSM & S2P), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Configure Localization Frameworks and implement dynamic translation solutions in
- ServiceNow.
- Implement FSM (Field Service Management) solutions, ensuring efficient field service
- operations, workforce management, and service automation within ServiceNow.
- Configure and optimize S2P (Source to Pay) processes, including procurement
- automation, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
- Provide guidance on best practices for localization, translation setups, and module
- implementations.
- Ensure seamless integration of localization solutions into client environments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align them
- with technical solutions.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, Localization Frameworks, and dynamic translation.
- Must have an active ServiceNow certification.
- Proven expertise in FSM (Field Service Management), and S2P (Source to Pay).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Ability to explain technical expertise clearly in relevant ServiceNow modules.
- Prior experience working in teams of varying sizes is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Full-time position (32 hours per week).
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
