We need an English-fluent Business Development Lead, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in Mexico and Central America.
- Generate new leads via events, PR, meetings, and digital channels.
- Close high-value deals by leveraging the client's fintech solutions portfolio.
- Develop a territory sales plan with clear objectives and timelines.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets within the designated market.
- Map client requirements and align them with Panamax/Bankai offerings.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in banks, FIs, and MNOs.
- Develop customized sales strategies to penetrate new verticals and geographies.
- Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies with the inside sales team.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends.
- Maintain a CRM database of potential and current clients.
- Build long-term partnerships and account relationships.
- Negotiate and close complex deals with C-level executives and procurement teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction through a consultative sales approach.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and structure winning proposals.
- Develop and deliver high-impact sales presentations.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Work closely with executive leadership to progress pipeline creation and revenue generation.
- Assist in localizing and implementing marketing campaigns for the Mexico & Central American market.
- Develop thought leadership content for industry events and digital platforms.
- Support public relations (PR) and strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales roles.
- 2+ years of experience working in sales for banks or in fintech solutions is desirable.
- Expertise in B2B fintech sales, consultative selling, and enterprise partnerships.
- Strong C-suite selling and business development skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
- Demonstrable track record of closing high-value deals and meeting revenue targets.
- Languages: English & Spanish (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a competitive and fast-paced sales environment.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,500 + commissions per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position will start with a trial period of 3 months, depending on your performance, will be extended as a long-term contract.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
