About The Role:

At Drivemode, design is at the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking a 3D Designer who understands that great design goes beyond aesthetics—it's about creating thoughtful, organized, and insight-driven work. In this role, you'll be hands-on with the 3D development for the next generation of Honda and Acura electric vehicle digital products, ensuring our designs are not only visually stunning but also align perfectly with the evolving Honda and Acura brand identities. Join us in shaping the future of mobility with digital craft and creativity.

What you'll be doing

  • Craft Stunning 3D Products: Develop a range of 3D elements, from immersive environments and dynamic animations to sleek motion graphics and innovative product designs.
  • Infuse Visual Branding: Work closely with our design team to infuse branded visual direction into every 3D graphic, ensuring a cohesive and impactful next gen look.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with our product designers and engineers to bring fresh 3D ideas to life, pushing boundaries with cutting-edge techniques and innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in 3D design and animation, proficient in Blender and Maya.
  • Portfolio: A must-have! Showcase your best work to demonstrate your skills.
  • Technical Mastery: Expertise in modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, rendering, and compositing.
  • Motion Design: A solid understanding of motion design and animation principles.
  • Full 3D Pipeline Proficiency: Hands-on experience with the entire 3D production process.
  • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for the finer details while maintaining a clear vision of the project’s bigger picture.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with creativity, passion, and innovative solutions.
  • Time Management: Capable of juggling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong communicator who thrives in team settings and can clearly articulate ideas.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent at managing time and staying organized, especially under tight deadlines.
