As an intern in our 11-week undergrad internship program, you’ll join a network of other interns and leaders who will challenge and champion you as you learn. With opportunities in tech and non-tech roles, you’ll have the chance to build the foundation for a career of real significance. Instead of busy work, you’ll get busy learning how to think big and using your knowledge to impact the way everyone finds home.

Interview Process:
Our Summer 2025 Internship roles will be posted between September 11th and October 11th, and we will begin conducting interviews in October.
Functions at Realtor.com:
Data Science & Analytics:
Process and analyze terabytes of data daily, and help us use this important information to empower home buyers, sellers, renters, and real estate professionals.
Finance:
Optimize important business processes and functions, including accounting and finance. Create innovative systems that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Marketing:
Educate and excite consumers, agents, and brokers about our industry-shaping innovations through impactful marketing and communications.
People (HR):
Build our team and help our people realize their fullest potential through enabling a vibrant culture, sourcing and hiring, benefits, developing our people, communicating our brand with current and future employees, managing our facilities, and much more.
Revenue:
Partner with customers to help them accelerate their growth, and grow our business along the way.
Technology:
Leverage advanced programming languages, design patterns, and scalable architectures to make your mark on an industry-leading real estate platform.
Basic Qualifications:
To quality for our internship, you must:
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year College or University, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, User Experience, or related fields
- Have a graduation date between December 2025-June 2026
- Be able to complete an internship lasting a minimum of 11 weeks
- Have the ability to work well in teams
- Have strong verbal and written communication, as well as solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Display a positive attitude
- Demonstrate constant professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- Show the desire to embrace new challenges
- Have experience dealing with multiple competing priorities and projects
