Financial + Retirement

401(K)

RetailMeNot encourages and helps you plan for retirement. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan after 30 days.

401(K) matching

RetailMeNot matches 100% on the first 3% that you defer and 50% on the next 2% you defer for a total of 4%. Matched contributions are immediately vested.

Each of the five floors are playfully designed in themes of retail categories including consumer electronics, games and toys, sports, music, travel, and books, and incorporate vibrant, bright colors to inspire creativity. Central in the reception area is a company timeline of major milestones on one side and company values on the other side. It’s important to remember where we came from and how we built RetailMeNot as a team, one milestone at a time. On the opposite side, we display the values we rally around as a company. Finally, our reception desk is actually a full-service coffee bar with baristas at the ready.
