As an Insurance Service Agent, you will be the primary contact for customers regarding their RV, boat, and motorcycle insurance. Your role involves assisting with inquiries, managing policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and ensuring customers have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
The Director of Strategic Business Development at Roamly will lead the sourcing and development of key partnerships to enhance market share. Responsibilities include identifying potential partners, structuring deals, optimizing business strategies, and managing key relationships. Success in this role depends on leveraging networking skills to drive revenue growth and collaborating with internal teams for effective partner onboarding and product solutions.
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will educate customers on RV insurance options, assist them in selecting the right coverage, and cross-sell Roamly's RV protection products. You will work in a dynamic environment, handling a high volume of calls and ensuring excellent customer service.
