Recently we introduced a mental health and wellness program that includes Classpass, a monthly fitness incentive, and access to Talkspace and other mental health support programs. Dental insurance

Everyware uses Guardian for dental coverage and offers two plan choices. One plan includes orthodontic coverage. Everyware pays 75% of employee premium towards dental.

Disability insurance

Everyware offers employees a company paid short-term and long-term disability plan through Guardian.

Health insurance

Everyware offers 4 different BCBS of Texas health insurance plans. The company pays 50% of the employee premium for any of the plan selections.

Everyware gives each employee a $50,000 life insurance plan with Guardian.
