One of the benefits of working for a smaller company like Everyware is that your colleagues begin to feel like extended family. Everyware honestly values the well-being and success of each employee. Recently we introduced a mental health and wellness program that includes Classpass, a monthly fitness incentive, and access to Talkspace and other mental health support programs. All employees are encouraged to devote time to learning, growing, and developing their skills, and Everyware will provide financial support for learning and development tools.

Dental insurance
Everyware uses Guardian for dental coverage and offers two plan choices. One plan includes orthodontic coverage. Everyware pays 75% of employee premium towards dental.
Disability insurance
Everyware offers employees a company paid short-term and long-term disability plan through Guardian.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Health insurance
Everyware offers 4 different BCBS of Texas health insurance plans. The company pays 50% of the employee premium for any of the plan selections.
Life insurance
Everyware gives each employee a $50,000 life insurance plan with Guardian.
Vision insurance
Everyware uses Guardian for vision insurance and pays 75% of the monthly employee premium.
