Dental insurance

The dental plan is provided by Guardian Dental PPO.

Disability insurance

Evernote's short term disability is 60% of an employee's weekly salary up to a $2,310 maximum weekly benefit. Long term disability is 66.6% of an employee's monthly salary up to $12,000 monthly.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Evernote Corporation has a Section 125 Plan available through Discovery. One debit card is issued per user and can be issued for both FSA and HSA.

Health insurance
