Health Insurance + Wellness

Dental insurance

Double Line's dental plan covers 100% of the cost of preventative care, including x-rays. Employee-only plans are 100% paid by the company.

Disability insurance

Double Line provides both Short- and Long-term Disability benefits at no cost to employees. This benefit equals 60% of monthly income after a designated waiting period.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Double Line's FSA helps employees cover out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax contributions of up to the federal annual limit.

Health insurance

Double Line offers health insurance through Humana, allowing employees to select from three plans that are 85% or 100% paid for by the company. The company also matches a portion of HSA contributions.

Life insurance

Double Line's PTO policy allows employees to earn one and a half days per month of paid time off. Employees with five or more years of tenure earn PTO at a rate of 2 days per month.
