Amy Lin and her peers are tasked with leading the organization’s efforts to deliver human-centered design, maintain a customer-centric focus and ultimately develop amazing products and experiences. In terms of driving day-to-day innovation, Lin said her team relies on Mural, a tool she considers “collaborative, visual and iterative,” which has proven to be highly effective in a hybrid setting.

Currently, she and her peers are focused on Cox Mobile. Since starting work on this project, Gorugantu has strengthened her understanding of machine-learning models and AI. She said those who join her team in the future can expect to utilize cutting-edge technology, develop advanced analytical models, leverage foundational data science methodologies and more.
