Amy Lin and her peers are tasked with leading the organization’s efforts to deliver human-centered design, maintain a customer-centric focus and ultimately develop amazing products and experiences. To help team members excel in this respect, the company offers consistent training, hands-on experience and formal programs, including the internal rotation program Cox Gigs. In terms of driving day-to-day innovation, Lin said her team relies on Mural, a tool she considers “collaborative, visual and iterative,” which has proven to be highly effective in a hybrid setting.
