Lead the charge in transforming membership sales and retention as a Community Sales Manager. Responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase revenue through new membership sales, retention, and upselling. Manage sales budget, produce accurate sales reporting, and oversee Member Coordinator. Develop KPIs, work cross-functionally with various teams, and provide a premium experience to visitors.
