A variety of healthcare options are offered, including medical, dental and vision care. Bluesource pays 100% of employee and 50% of dependent coverage based on Aetna PPO 1000 plan costs. If you wish to upgrade your plan, you will just pay the difference in cost.

Company paid benefits include:
Life and AD&D Insurance - 3 times Annual Salary (you can add more at your own expense)
Long- and Short-Term Disability Insurance (66.67% of your salary up to a maximum benefit of $10,000 per month)
Bluesource benefits also include a Fidelity SIMPLE IRA retirement savings plan. Bluesource matches employee savings contributions 1:1 up to a maximum 3% of annual salary.
Employees are eligible for all benefits from their first day of work. There is no waiting period.
