Financial + Retirement
401(K)
All full time staff members who are 21 years of age or older are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) plan on the first day of the month following employment.

AffiniPay will match up to 5% of contributions for all full time employees

Employees benefit from growth of the company through unit options. All grants are in recognition of individual contributions, including leadership, attitude, and long-term commitment to the company.
Charitable contribution matching
We are proud to offer a Matching Gift Program for qualified charities up to $1,000 per employee per year. We also offer a $5,000 quarterly donation to a charity voted on by staff members.
Performance bonus
All staff members are eligible for a mid-year and end of year bonus. An additional percent is added to the bonus for those staff members who have celebrated 3, 5, and 10 year anniversaries too!

AffiniPay offers flexible paid time off for all full-time non-temporary staff members. As a result, staff do not accrue vacation, sick days, or other paid time off.
Sabbatical
Full time staff members are eligible for four weeks paid sabbatical leave after seven (7) years of continuous employment.
