Workrise Vendor Management is a source-to-pay solution encompassing tools for vendor discovery, onboarding, safety and compliance, payments and invoicing as well as data and insights. It also includes managed vendor services that support each step of the purchasing life cycle.
The platform works to provide energy companies with clear visibility into vendors' safety and compliance statuses, validate invoices against agreed-upon work scopes and offer detailed spend reporting and compliance tracking. It facilitates the search for new vendors, standard setting, documentation collection and onboarding monitoring.
Alongside these offerings, Vendor Management encompasses support from teams of supply chain and operations experts. Additionally, the solution is free to vendors to help them more efficiently manage their relationships through Workrise. The product aims to optimize collaboration between the back office and the field teams.
