OutboundEngine announces new office in Austin along with $16 million funding

OutboundEngine announced a $16 million Series C funding this week led by S3 Ventures and prior investors, including Silverton Partners, Noro-Moseley, Harmony Partners, Altos Ventures and Capital Factory.

announced a $16 million Series C funding this week led by S3 Ventures and prior investors, including Silverton Partners, Noro-Moseley, Harmony Partners, Altos Ventures and Capital Factory.

The Austin company will use the new capital to hire in its Austin and Scottsdale, Ariz. offices, nearly doubling its workforce from 238 to more than 400.

At the time of the announcement, the company also shared a sneak peek of the view from its new, 40,000-square-foot office in San Jacinto Center on its Instagram feed.

“This capital shows that OutboundEngine has met a demonstrated need for a ‘done-for-you’ platform and is a vote of confidence in our ability to continue scaling our customer count,” said Branndon Stewart, CEO of OutboundEngine in a statement. “It also recognizes our opportunity to grow into a larger marketing automation player with a broad range of ‘done-for-you’ services that drive ever-increasing value for every customer we sign up.”

To date, OutboundEngine has raised $33.8 million.
