On Thursday, real estate technology startup Flueid raised a $10 million Series B1 and $2.5 million in debt financing, bringing its Series B funding to $32.5 million. The funding will be used to bolster the company’s offerings, which include software for tracking property title information.
Flueid’s software integrates with two prominent loan origination and point of sale systems, supporting issuers of refinancing and home equity lines of credit. The funding will allow the company to develop additional integrations.
Aquiline Technology Growth led the Series B1 funding round, with participation from Commerce Ventures — both companies participated to the company’s Series A and Series B rounds. Estward Capital Partner provided the debt financing.
