Major Funding: This month, Closinglock announced the closure of a successful $12 million Series A funding round, expanding their total fundraising to over $16 million. Led by Headline and backed by LiveOak Ventures, RWT Horizons and GTMfund, the influx of funding will allow the company to accelerate product development, grow its technological infrastructure and continue working to safeguard the real estate transactions of thousands of settlement agencies across the country.
