Business Process Management company, BP3 Global, collected $10 million from Nashville’s-based private equity firm Petra Capital Partners, LLC today, to expedite the development of its Brazos platform, which will provide actionable next steps on data analytic insights.

"The big disconnect in the analytics space is that, while software gives companies a look into operations, managers don't have the tools to act on those insights," said Scott Francis, Chief Executive Officer of BP3, in a statement. "Our customers leverage our Brazos platform and services to turn actionable suggestions about a customer, employee, or piece of equipment into decisions that boost profit, satisfaction or safety."

The platform is built on three phases: enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and the final, making the data actionable through changes directly in the business cycles.

Founded in 2007, BP3 has offices in Austin, London, Amsterdam and Copenhagen with 115 employees (55 here in town). Both Fortune Magazine and Austin Business Journal have recognized BP3 as a best place to work.
