With an average of roughly 100 new residents arriving in Austin every day, it’s no secret that the capital of Texas and the heart of Hill Country is a modern-day boomtown.

Each passing month sees new housing developments, restaurants and attractions crop up in the bustling center of Austin’s urban landscape. Along the placid banks of the Colorado River, between chic Pflugerville Tech Ridge neighborhoods and amid the historic streets of Georgetown, new development is roiling in Austin and the smaller cities that surround it.

Companies like Restaurant365, CrowdStreet and Closinglock are leaning into that growth.

Real estate tech companies CrowdStreet and Closinglock are capitalizing on the Bat City boom by lowering the barriers to real estate investment. Meanwhile, restaurant tech companies like Restaurant365 are elevating the operational efficiency of the singular eateries that keep Austin weird.

Tech professionals looking to get in on the growth within the heart of Texas are in luck: Restaurant365, CrowdStreet and Closinglock are all hiring now.
