Bigcommerce announced yesterday it is moving into a new downtown office at 800 Brazos. The office will be used to host Bigcommerce's expanding engineering team, and it will provide space for the company to accommodate the growth.
Additionally, Bigcommerce will maintain two adjacent suites downtown that collectively are around 4500 sq ft.
"We are very active in Austin's vibrant tech community, and our new space provides a great opportunity to create an energetic, engineering and product-focused environment that will help Bigcommerce continue to attract top talent throughout Central Texas," Head of HR & People, Steve Donnelly said.
Bigcommerce is headquartered in Austin, but it was actually founded in Australia, and moved stateside in 2009. Bigcommerce’s main office in Austin is at 11305 4 Points Drive and occupies approximately 33,000 square feet.
