NinjaRMM moved to AustinHaving relocated from San Francisco, NinjaRMM opened its new 4,000-square-foot office near the Texas Capitol building. It provides organizations with a cloud-based IT solution to help with remotely monitoring and managing their network and more. With a current Austin headcount of 30 employees, the software company is aiming to hire up to 100 new staffers there by next year. It currently has open roles across several teams. [Built In Austin]

These Austin tech companies made the Inc. 5000Considered some of the fastest-growing startups in the country, 109 Austin-area companies across all industries ranked on Inc.’s latest list. The honorees are ranked by their overall revenue growth from 2017–2020. ClosedLoop.ai got $34MSpecializing in healthcare data science, the company integrates AI and machine learning tech into healthcare systems so clinicians can improve their course of action with patient-specific data. In raising its Series B round led by Telstra Ventures, the company is continuing its work to solve challenges in the healthcare sector as well as expanding its headcount. Hyliion appointed a new COOTaking over as chief operating officer for the greentech company is Dennis Gallagher. Hyliion is working to reduce the carbon intensity and greenhouse gas emissions of commercial trucks with its electricity-based power system. With decades of experience in the trucking and manufacturing industries, Gallagher will be responsible for product commercialization. [Business Wire]

Nacelle pulled in $50M. Specializing in headless commerce, the company’s platform supplies brands with a solution that accelerates access to backend systems as well as shopping experiences. Nacelle, which is fully remote but has its eye on attracting Austin tech talent, just closed on a Series B round of funding led by Tiger Global. It’s planning to invest in furthering its go-to-market initiatives and expanding across customer success, partner relations and product development. [Nacelle]

EarBuds got $3MThe company created a platform that allows users to livestream music and share playlists with others in real time. Following its Ecliptic Capital-led Series A funding round, the company is looking to add more emerging and mid-level artists to its library.
