Storable, an Austin-based tech provider for the self-storage industry, recently acquired CallPotential, a company offering tenant engagement and performance management solutions. The acquisition will combine the two companies’ comprehensive solutions that work to help self-storage operators streamline operations and enhance tenant experiences.
CallPotential's services include automated collections, lead management, contact center software, performance management and marketing analytics. These solutions aim to help operators of all sizes fully automate their collections workflows and access key performance insights.
The acquisition was finalized on August 4, and Storable and CallPotential want to ensure their current customers see continuous service and support. Together, the two companies will continue to innovate and offer new solutions to meet the evolving needs of self-storage operators.
