Chicago-based Avionos, a digital marketing and managed services provider for Fortune 500 businesses, acquired Austin-based Integrous Marketing, a demand generation and marketing agency, on Thursday.
This move will allow Avionos to enhance its data-driven marketing strategies and provide clients with better insights into their consumers’ behavior, the company said in a statement. With this acquisition, Avionos will also gain access to Integrous’ expertise in areas such as lead generation, inbound marketing and content marketing.
In addition to helping its clients build better digital experiences, Avionos will now be able to offer end-to-end services to its clients, including marketing campaigns backed by data analytics.
For Integrous, the acquisition is a logical step, founder and CEO of Integrous Josiah Sternfeld said in a statement.
“As we started planning for our next phase of growth, we realized that technology platforms and web/app development expertise would be critical skills to pair with our demand generation and analytics capabilities to take advantage of the promise of artificial intelligence and platform-based automation that are revolutionizing digital marketing,” he said. “Avionos possesses the precise mix of skills that we need to stay competitive and build the best agency for the future.”
Integrous’ team will join the Chicago-based company, and Avionos will retain Integrous’ Austin office.
