BrainCheck raised $10M. The cognitive healthcare platform raised $10 million in a Series B funding round, bringing the company’s total funding total to $20 million. BrainCheck allows physicians to facilitate assessments in-person or remotely to get impressions of cognitive functions in order to better care and manage cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Colorcast gained $1.5M. The sports audio app allows people to provide live sports commentary, similar to Clubhouse, but features more live sports and sports talk shows, with the options to pause, rewind and fast-forward. Procore acquired Levelset. Procore, the company that provides construction management software, acquired Levelset for $500 million. Levelset is a payment platform ensuring speedy and consistent payment and paperwork within the construction industry. The acquisition will lead to growth in products and the team. Aunt Bertha rebranded. Aunt Bertha has rebranded to findhelp. The company will continue to operate as the search and referral platform for social services, and is considered one of the “most active” and “largest” social service network.
