TikTok is hiring ‘a couple hundred’ new employees in Austin. TikTok has big aspirations in Austin, but if the Trump administration's executive order stands, the Chinese-owned company will need to find an American buyer for its social-video sharing app to continue operating in the United States. Journalist Ted C.
