The Role:

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support the sales, customer success, and marketing teams. This is an impactful role at a time when we are expanding our product offerings and rapidly gaining market share.  We are looking for an experienced professional who takes great pride in delivering high quality work and is a high-performing autonomous worker. This position reports to the CRO.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement processes, systems, and productivity metrics to ensure revenue teams are hitting their performance targets
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity for our GTM teams to do their jobs better, faster, and more efficiently
  • Assist with pipeline forecasting and sales cycle management
  • Work in close partnership with our operations and product teams to ensure data syncing accuracy between SFDC and the SafeLease systems 
  • Salesforce maintenance and optimization
    • Maintain SFDC including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, and workflows
    • Become a champion for the data that lives within our CRM — ensuring that our sales team is entering information correctly, updating as needed, and that our handoff to customer success (CS) is accurate 
    • Work closely with SFDC developers for large scale enhancements
  • Incentive plan creation, management, and reporting 
  • Account planning, territory management
  • Plan and enhance onboarding for new sales hires and work with hiring managers to implement
  • Sales, CS, and marketing tech stack management
  • Coordinate internal training sessions and events 
  • Create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Assist with client communications, updating sales pitch decks, and other special projects 
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to achieve success

Desired Experience:

  • 3+ years in a dedicated sales/revenue operations role at a high growth technology company
  • Successful track record of working in and maintaining Salesforce CRM
  • Experience presenting data to leadership team including being able to translate complex information and trends into actionable insightsStrong knowledge of tools in the revenue stack including but not limited to: CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platform (Gong), Lead/Contact Enrichment tools (Reonomy, LeadIQ), Sales Enablement (Gong, Momentum), Marketing Automation Platforms (Hubspot)
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and disciplines to drive process improvements and automation
  • Self-starter who is able to tackle work in an unstructured environment, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
  • Interest in insurance and/or real estate a very helpful plus
