• Location: Remote
• Duration: Long term
• Collaborate closely with Business Stakeholders to comprehensively capture and document business needs, forming the foundation for procedural enhancements through the effective utilization of Salesforce to capture accurate data that will impact integrations and data required to reflect accurate Billing and Revenue reporting within Zuora and additional relevant business applications.
• Play a vital role in cross-functional initiatives and projects within the Order to Cash domain, encompassing activities such as system implementations, operational refinements, and the seamless introduction of new products.
• Demonstrate proactive initiative by identifying potential areas for enhancement and proposing projects aimed at optimizing business operations, whenever applicable.
• Mandatory : 5+ years leading end to end OTC projects in Salesforce, Zuora CPQ , Zuora Billing and Revenue SAAS solutions
• Solid understanding of Quote to Cash processes and controls
• Business Relationship skills are a must.
• Certification in Zuora CPQ, Revenue and Billing is good to have.
