ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Associate Product Growth Analyst will be part of the Product Growth team within the Technology organization of the company, responsible for the successful delivery and consumption of Apex's products and services to both internal audiences and external client base . The Product Growth team advocates for Apex's clients, enforces product release management, and maintains existing business operations. The Associate Product Growth Analyst will interact with the company's leaders by driving analysis, projects, and specific tasks relevant to their department.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth product rollout and notification to clients and supporting Apex teams

• Conduct analysis and provide input around product/feature migration and deprecation

• Lead a client feedback loop with a selected group of clients to build upon external client relationships and share feedback to internal parties

• Consult with Product/Tech leaders and Business/Ops leaders, acting as a bridge between the groups

• Create requirements and specifications for business solutions

• Conduct business analysis and research to identify , define, and operationalize key metrics and opportunities for improvement

• Provide project leadership and coordination for cross-functional product projects

• Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals and a process to field project proposals, quantify ROI, facilitate leadership greenlighting, and initiate

• Ensure business processes are running in accordance with prescribed methodologies

• Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors

• Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources for comprehensive client-facing product messaging and organizational communications

• Work cross-functionally to develop solutions that meet business requirements

• Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills

• Business analysis skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Working knowledge of spreadsheets, relational databases, and basic computer science

• Experience using Google Looker and Datadog is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Word, PowerPoint

• Data visualization and data analysis experience not required but preferred

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence

• Ability to demonstrate technical expertise and communicate findings with non-technical audiences

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, STEM, or related field
