Global Account Manager
The Role
Interact with both C-Level & VP-Level Executives internationally, driving digital transformation strategy for install base Enterprise clients. Work with existing clients to introduce and expand Overhaul application & platform services within assigned accounts to drive revenue. Manage pricing, negotiation and execution of client contract renewals as well as expansion. Lead demonstrations & presentations of company software to expand services to additional client geographies and business units. Work with operations, marketing, product, engineering, and data science departments on a global scale to align future client needs with product and services roadmap. Identify roadblocks and overcome obstacles to increase business and enhance customer experience. Coordinate & lead strategic business reviews with clients in order to guide vision and execution of expanded Overhaul services.
Salary: $105,000 a year. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in International Commerce or foreign equivalent plus 12 months experience in Position or as Trade Development Executive.
