We're looking for an experienced Email Campaign Program Manager, reporting to the Email Campaigns & Solutions Lead. You are an email nerd with a background in email campaign management & operations including working across several teams and partnering with your email production team. You'll support the Email Campaigns & Solutions Lead with day-to-day email operations functions and large-scale campaigns & projects.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $115,700 - $153,400
Zone B: $103,500 - $138,000
Zone C: $95,500 - $127,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

• Design & orchestrate large process improvement projects
• Own day-to-day email operations processes
• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders requesting campaigns and the email operations team
• Coordinate large-scale or complex campaigns
• Drive capacity planning and coordinate with agency partner
• Drive programs and projects aimed to improve our process and strategic approach
• Partnership with cross-functional teams on projects

• Experience with email marketing operations
• 3+ years of experience working with email production teams
• 3+ years of individual large-scale project management skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with partners
• Experience juggling multiple relationships and priorities
• Interpret email performance metrics
• Hands-on experience with email marketing best practices
