Role Overview

We're seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our financial transactions with venue partners. This role is vital for maintaining our financial health as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage monthly invoices for venue clients
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Address billing inquiries from venues
• Improve accounts receivable processes and systems
• Maintain financial records and assist with month-end closing

Qualifications

• Remote position open to U.S. candidates
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and task management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with problem-solving aptitude
